About Eugene

Eugene Cheah is a full time wildlife photographer from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.

He worked at the Likas Wetland Centre in Kota Kinabalu before pursuing his true passion in wildlife photography. His focus is on capturing bird specifically the migratory birds.

Most of his images are captured using a professional Nikon camera. Some are taken through digi-scoping.

He has done numerous photo exhibitions around Japan and the Republic of Korea highlighting his bird images around Asia. He is currently working closely with East Asian – Australasian Flyway Partnership (EAAFP).
