A day at Takao

On Sunday, 15 July 2018, we went to Mt. Takao for the first time. We took a chair lift to go up to the Sanjo station, which was excellent for sight seeing in green.

It was packed with people because of 3-day holiday in Japan, but we chose the 3rd trail that brought us to the summit, and there were not many people on that trail. We saw a few birds during the trail walk, and we were lucky to see a Narcissus Flycatcher singing on a branch.

I felt that I could get to see more birds if I come on the right season, but I enjoyed the trekking and greenery.
